Life is like a your favorite food in your favorite dine in. You spend the whole evening wanting it and you order it and you cannot wait for it to get there so you can dig in and enjoy your treats. But once it arrives you suck it down so fast that you forgot to enjoy it and you become overstuffed and miserable for the next hour or so. In some cases it is so good that even though you are filled to the brim you keep eating because you just want it to all disappear and pretend that tomorrow you will make up for it by eating something lighter. That's my life anyway. I mean, you spend your whole life waiting to become an adult and be able to have freedom and independance. Once it's there you run at it like it's your last days on earth but its ok because you are invicible and you can survive anything. You dive into romantic relationships with people that say they love you and want to spend the rest of their lives with you and then 2 and a half years later they leave you for someone else. Therein lies the misery of not being able to have your cake and eat it too. Then you punish yourself for not being good enough so you keep trying to get it right and every nice word is just making you feel so golden and this time it's for real. But soon you become so cramped and feel like your going to explode because you can't make all the problems disappear with more problems. So I guess telling yourself that tomorrow will be better is the only way to walk another mile down the so called "path" that you are following at the moment. And then there's the day after tomorrow and the day after that and so on. You rarely stop to realize that one day you will be out of tomorrows or that yesterday was your last.
